Oniric

An English-inspired roadster powered by a Jaguar six-cylinder compressor. Espera students have reinvented the Jaguar XK120!

British inspiration

Oniric is a tribute to the British roadsters of the 1950s. Two seats, large hood, recessed cockpit, plunging rear end. Comparing Oniric to the XK120 is a bit of an exaggeration. This car reminds me more of a plush roadster, powerful but not sporty. The front end is massive, with a grille that reminds me of the Ferrari Roma. The engine is a compressed six-cylinder from a Jaguar XJR.

Class

Having class isn't easy. The Oniric has an impressive presence. I had the opportunity to see this prototype at the Salon Auto Prestige de Beaune in May 2023. Space on the stand was limited and the car wasn't much in evidence, yet it was all you could see. The leather interior is beautiful, with its central dashboard, fawn-colored leather, body-color accents and wooden steering wheel.
