Ginevra

Ginevra, Geneva in Italian, is a classically styled roadster based on a Ferrari 550 Maranello. But its special feature is an old Franco Sbarro invention brought up to date: a trunk with drawers

Helmets

To simplify the particularly complicated homologation process in Switzerland, Franco Sbarro took over the engine, chassis and running gear from a Ferrari 550 Maranello. The suspension has been reworked. And of course, the bodywork is entirely new. Relatively classic in style, the car is a roadster without a soft top. Occupants can only rely on the two integrated rear helmets for protection.

Drawer trunk

The most unusual thing about the Ginevra is its trunk, which opens and closes like a drawer on a piece of furniture. An interesting idea that Franco Sbarro had already proposed on a Lola T-70 in 1969. The trunk is large enough to accommodate a golf bag.
