Kangoo ES4 - 2000

After the Berlingo Calao for beach and surf, Espera Pontarlier students turned their attention to winter sports, in collaboration with Ken Melville, Renault's Kangoo product manager.

An adventure look for this winter-sports Kangoo

Baroudeur look

To cope with snow-covered roads, the car has been raised by eight centimeters and fitted with 15-inch Cromodora alloy wheels and 205/60-15 tires.
The bodywork is protected by a riveted polyester kit all around. The bumper is new, with vertical bumpers.
To save space inside, but also to give the car a more adventurous look, the spare wheel is mounted on the outside of the tailgate.
The engine, on the other hand, remains standard and unchanged.
The interior has been redesigned with two tunnels on either side of the headliner to accommodate skis, and a compartment for storing ski boots to keep the interior clean. (Notably, I couldn't find any photographs of the interior).

Forgotten

The Kangoo ES4 went unnoticed on a Sbarro stand where all eyes were on the GT12. In fact, it's hard to find any photographs of this car. I couldn't even find one of the interior. If you have any, please don't hesitate to contact me to complete this page.
